PANCH is Urdu for five. The mark is the numeral ۵, drawn as a spade.
We make modern leather. Not vintage, not costume, not a heritage re-issue. Pieces built to be worn now, cut and stitched by hand in Karachi.
Most brands at our size buy from a factory and hope. We do not. The people who make a PANCH piece work in a building we run, and we know them by name. That is the only reason our Responsibility page is able to tell you anything specific.
Those two halves are not a marketing line. They are where the work actually happens. The drawing, the pattern and the decisions sit in London. The cutting, the stitching and the finishing sit in Karachi, in our own workshop.
Owning a piece makes you a member. Members get a number, first sight of every drop, and access to pieces and events that never go public. Joining costs nothing. That is the point.
